Hi, we're Resourceful Threads.
Resourceful Threads seeks to change the way we fashion by educating, recycling and innovative zero waste technology. The severity of our current state of climate crisis and human suffering is overwhelming and bleak. We want to give consumers power and agency to make a difference as well as make a sustainable lifestyle fun! Our goal is to reduce the harm that fast fashion creates. Not only do we recycle hundreds of pounds of clothing back into use, but we educate our customers about the harmful effects of fashion waste and how they can maintain and recycle their own clothing.

Our history
Mary Sweeny began Resourceful Threads in Atlanta Georgia circa 2014 out of love of fashion and recycling. Margaret and Liz follow Mary's footsteps and continue to create beautiful, sustainable pieces.

Our Style
When we say 100% recycled, we mean it. We source all materials from secondary sources such as thrift stores, donations and creative reuse stores.
